About Aaron
Aaron is the quintessential “jack of all trades” in the music world. Self-taught on the piano, Aaron began playing keys at 5 years old and by high school he was performing songs by Billy Joel and Elton John at every family gathering. A multi-instrumentalist, Aaron received classical training as a Trombonist culminating in multiple European Orchestral Tours, a full-time gig with the Sea World Sea Stars and a Full Music Scholarship to SDSU. In college Aaron picked up playing the guitar and became a formidable Singer-Songwriter in the San Diego scene, most notably performing as the exclusive Lounge act at (what was then) Coors Amphitheater.
His musical ADD led to an eclectic songwriting style blending the lyrical dexterity of Jason Mraz, the quarter-life angst of John Mayer, and the pop sensibilities of Paul McCartney. Performing solo and as the leader of “The Pint Miners” and “The Good Sons”, Aaron’s natural habitat is on stage. After releasing 3 albums and performing for nearly two decades around California, Aaron is now returning to his roots to play all things keyboard for “Drivin the Bus.” We like to say his playing of the keys are like the gas, clutch and brake pedals all rolled into one.
